Photographer | Writer | Media producer
Meet Gabby – a media professional who’s got guts. As in the determination when working with Parks Victoria’s new 360° underwater video crew to become accustomed to using words like “spherical” and “equi-rectangular” in passing conversation.
Gabby has just completed a Bachelor of Communication: Professional Communication at RMIT University. She enjoys stringing the odd sentence together and has written and researched a broad range of subjects while completing her undergraduate. While audio-visual media production has been the central theme of her studies, she also took up photography. And still managed to fall asleep in the occasional lecture.
In 2017, Gabby became a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society based on her academic achievement. Later in the year she played ALF for the first time ever and might be prouder of the latter.
Gabby is nearly as passionate about volunteering as she is about The Beatles and has been a junior hockey coach for the last five years. She believes sport encourages community engagement and is an important outlet. As is listening to sixties rock and roll.
